Our company started its operations in the early 1970s with a cotton processing facility and became a favorite in the market with its OPEN-END cotton yarn facility. At the beginning of the 2000s, with the investment in SPUNBOND NONWOVEN, it elevated its 40 years of industrial and commercial experience, business culture, quality, and customer satisfaction to the highest level.
Our story continues in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone under the KURT NONWOVEN brand.
We have expanded over a large area to provide massive service. Our factory in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone covers a total area of 26,000 m², including 22,000 m² of indoor space.
We have incorporated the latest technology products to create touches that do not let the old be forgotten and do not make the new tiresome.
We continue to be with you with groundbreaking touches and hygienic fabrics in the medical sector. Surgical drapes and gowns with excellent barrier properties provide a more sterile environment thanks to our high-tech engineered fabrics. Always striving for more, we have 3 PP Spunbond lines, 2 Meltblown lines, 1 PE Blown Film line, and 1 Flexographic Printing and Lamination line in the 2nd Zone.
Drawing our strength from innovation and technology, we established our second factory in the 5th Organized Industrial Zone, spreading over a total area of approximately 100,000 m², including 22,600 m² of indoor space.
To keep up with the new era and improve our workflows, we have expanded our machinery lines. We have commissioned 1 Parallel Carded Spunlace line and 1 PP Spunbond line.
We continue to be the leading manufacturer in the sector, with our products being used by baby diaper, adult diaper, protective cover, sanitary pad, and absorbent pad producers both in our country and across Europe.
Our machinery lines are world-class and are positioned as the best manufacturers in their sectors. Our products have excellent fiber distribution, high breathability, and outstanding technical properties.
We continue our activities with our ISO International Organization for Standardization certificates to strengthen our quality approach in specific areas such as quality practices, environment, labor, occupational health, and energy management. In accordance with our GRS certification, we can recycle and use recycled products in our products.
We do not contribute to the climate crisis and create awareness from a corporate perspective. With our solar power plant, we prevent greenhouse gas emissions. The solar power plant provides renewable electricity with a total installed capacity of 10 Megawatts on our land and 6 Megawatts on our building rooftops. By saying, "Minimizing the carbon footprint will maximally increase our quality of life," we aim for 100% green energy.
We know that you love everything with good fabric, and we weave our products with this awareness.
As KURT NONWOVEN, we are recognized by everyone.
